Tim Mod here. UH. WE’RE NOT CLOSED. JUST REALLY ABSURDLY LAZY. We apologise to everyone for the 4 month gap between updating, and will try to get a few answers up in the next couple of weeks, again, all apologies, and thank you to all of you who have stuck with us.

Jay!mod here. We aren’t closed, don’t worry. We’ve just been pretty busy and we’ve been working on coming up with answers, we just haven’t had much of a chance to sit down and put things together. Sorry about that. Next week should be less horrible, once all the Christmas hype dies down. (And once Jay and Tim mods finish their secret santa projects.)

I don’t think their intention was to offend, they just didn’t think the question through and the implications. It was probably meant to get a rise out of Jason to make way for more playing. That being said, Jay and I have had really bad experiences with things along those lines, so it kinda icked us out a little. Still, we aren’t angry or upset, it was just something we wanted to clear up to give an idea of things that aren’t okay and make sure that people think about what they say and how it can be construed.

There are a couple things we would like to say about this.
First, we don’t mind answering questions about sex and various other forms of physical intimacy, but implied rape/implied intention to is really not at all appropriate, and offensive to victims of sexually motivated crimes.
Both mods have had bad experiences with some form of sexual harassment and we realise that the original intent of the ask wasn’t to offend, but we are pretty uncomfortable with things like this.
We love you guys dearly, but please keep this in mind when asking questions.
The second point we’d like to make isn’t nearly as important, but still something worth mentioning. This is a notes blog. Meaning you guys send in questions and we respond with notes. None of our interactions are actually happening face to face with you guys, and while we appreciate you wanting to interact with us, our blog is literally for responding to questions, not RPing in the sense that a lot of other blogs do. This is an actual blog that Tim and Jay are “running.” I hope that clears things up?
Now we’ll leave you with an apology for being inactive and hope you can forgive us, but life has been a little busy lately, so we hope to get some real work with the blog done soon.
